Is there a way to filter out the main number for a customer so I do not have to speak to the operator every-time? I would prefer to just call direct or mobile numbers but when I enter what I want to call in phone fields, it always populates with “phone” which ends up being the main number.
Hey @hsaghi12 thanks for reaching out! You will want to click the RED Remove button when you connect with a Gatekeeper who you do not wish to call again. After clicking on remove you will want to select “Don’t call this number, even if the prospect is different.” This will ensure you don’t call this number for prospects who might share the same HQ line.
