How does Orum define the time zones?

I have put in filters that I KNOW we have numbers in, and it comes back totally blank. We are on Outreach by the way.

Does it use area code?

@Terry Orum defines the time zones based off the information within your CRM (Outreach, Salesloft, SFDC). Specifically the local time field on the prospect level- which is usually automatically filled.
