so i just called a prospects mobile and i spoke with him, he asked me to call back on thursday so i logged the call, went into outreach and deleted the old task and set a new one for thursday. then i went to click “next” to call the next prospect, and it dialed out the work phone for the same person i had just spoke with. is there a way to prevent that from happening or should it be automatic?
@DaisyChung great question. I had this issue too. If you put “Answered- follow up” or another disposition that is mapped in the settings to be a connect then Orum will not call the other numbers because they’ve picked up. My guess is that you probably chose a disposition that isn’t mapped to a connect
