What exactly counts as a one off task in outreach?
I am not sure my tasks are getting completed / confused, If I just want to call each number once and mark as complete… Whats the most elegant way to do this?

A one-off call task within Outreach is a single call task that is assigned to a prospect. Below is an Outreach article discussing these exact type of tasks.
As far as whether or not you want to complete these one off call tasks regardless of there being a connect, this can be edited in Orum’s Settings Tab
